currency and local currency issuer ratings - Foreign and local
currency senior unsecured ratings at A3
Moody’s cites:
- outlook change driven by
structural reforms adopted since 2013 that have increased Mexican
economy’s resilience to shocks - risk to failure to NAFTA has not been eliminated completely, but has materially receded
