Netherlands affirmed at AAA with a stable outlook
Latvia affirmed at A- with a stable outlook
Ukraine affirmed at B- with a stable outlook

From S&P:

Italy affirmed at BBB with a stable outlook
German affirmed AAA with a stable outlook

No changes, no surprises. S&P brushed aside the uncertainty in Italian politics.
