IMF leaves 2018 and 2019 global growth estimates unchanged but boosts US and Europe

- Says risks balanced in next few quarters
- Sees weaker global growth after 2020
Have they seen the recent data from Europe? It’s not the kind of thing that should be sparking a growth upgrade.
