Fed’s Quarles speaking – drops a word on the economy – says its “doing well”

His speech is on 

• The Roles of Consumer Protection and Small Business Access to Credit in Financial Inclusion

So, he has had little to say on the economy nor policy, just that

• the US economy is doing well
• unemployment is low
• there are still households and communities facing financial challenges
