President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Neel Kashkari:

• Have not seen wage growth nationally
• likely still some slack in labor mkt
• immigration has benefitted the US tremendously
• US has to avoid a trade war, must avoid a trade war with China 
• Says he is sympathetic ton need to push China to open more markets to US businesses
• Very hard to game out where US trade dispute with China will end
