Explosion reported near New York Fed (update: Might be a transformer explosion)

Very loud noise akin to an explosion reported

Emergency crews are converging on the scene. Reports suggest officials near Nassau St, Liberty St and Maiden Ln.

Update: A fresh report says it’s a transformer exploding (from all the money printing at the Fed, right guys!).
