Dollar shoots higher…

USD at highs vs EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF and NZD

The USD just shot to new session highs vs EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF and AUD. It is moving closer to highs vs the CAD and NZD.

Overall, the greenback is now the strongest of the majors after trailing the CAD for most of the day.

The EURUSD fell below its 200 hour MA at 1.2342 and has run to 1.2313. The price had trading below the 100 hour MA on three hourly bars, but could not close below the line. This break is running away.  

The GBPUSD is also breaking below the 200 hour MA and rising trend line at 1.4094 after stalling at the line earlier in the trading day.

The USDJPY reached above the 106.80 trend line on the daily chart below. The high has reached 106.87.
